The sr9700 adapter only 600k/s atmost (only test on window ,not work on android). By the way ,the WLAN sleep off patched wifi driver is very useful, not only connecting to an ad-hoc network,but also for connecting to router. I tried your kernal on an older rom and wifi worked until the modules were loaded. In your configuration do you have wifi working whilst host is active? This is what I'm after.
